Green Door Cottage

We had a great time enjoying 4 nights in peaceful and clean home with the bonus of a sauna. It was close to many natural attractions we had the opportunity to explore. The only challenge we had was with internet connectivity at times. Since we were out most of the days we survived -;

Perfect for our needs

We had a great time with friends here. However, this property needs a through cleaning. Refrigerator was very dirty (which we cleaned), light bulbs burnt out, cobwebs all over, dead bugs in corners, screens so full of junk, drains that needed some drano, very disappointed in cleanliness.

Family stay in mid-July. A little bit warm with no A/C, but manageable with the overnight cooler temperatures. About 45 minutes from Pictured Rocks and Marquette. Nice wooded area, very secluded and scenic.

Beautiful setting, spacious home that makes you feel comfortable and cozy! Very well kept and clean!

This place is a great place to stay. Very spacious, large kitchen and dining room. We stayed here to snowmobile and there was plenty of room for parking. The Sauna is a great amenity. All the windows make it feel like you are in a snow globe of a winter wonderland. We will be returning to The Green Door Cottage.

We rented this cabin for Christmas and we are so happy that we did! The large kitchen made it easy to cook dinner and had everything we needed. There was an artificial tree they let us put up which was very convenient. We utilized the claw tub and sauna several times. It was so cozy and perfect for Christmas.

The home was very clean and kept up well. We enjoyed how quiet and private it was. It was quick drive to Munising and Pictured Rocks.

Wonderful experience with all the latest amenities

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights. We had a good time.

The main living space was nice and open. We did have a few small issues during our stay. The TV was not working, the owner had it replaced. Both microwaves were shorting out so we were unable to use them. After notifying the owner all they did was remove it from the property. The dish towels in the kitchen need to be replaced. The current ones had holes in them.

Excellent location for snowmobiling. The house had plenty of room and was very well equipped. There is ample room for parking trailers and vehicles. When it snowed the driveway was cleaned very quickly and promptly. The groomed trails are nearby. Only a couple miles to the Buckhorn Restaurant.

We plan to return to this location next year for another week sledding the UP!

Had two issues.one with low heat.the other with hot many numbers to call to get in touch with someone. then no call back to see if the the issues were resolved.
